1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: 2–14 business days from dispatch
- We ship from our warehouses in Yiwu City, China and New Jersey, USA.
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
3. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected method.
- All orders qualify for free or no extra shipping cost
- All prices are in United States Dollars (USD).
4. International Orders & Customs
We ship worldwide. For international orders (outside the USA and China), you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, VAT, or import fees imposed by your country. These are not included in the shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
5. Tracking & Delivery Updates
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Track your package directly through the carrier’s website.
6. Delays & Issues
While we aim to deliver within the stated times, occasional delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier issues, or high demand. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs authorities. Contact us if your order is significantly delayed.
