- “Products” means ready-to-wear clothing, luxury jewelry, designer bags, high-heel shoes, beauty items, and other fashion goods offered on the Site.

- All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or errors in pricing.
- Placing an order constitutes your offer to purchase; our confirmation email constitutes acceptance.
4. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are in United States Dollars (USD) and exclude applicable taxes, duties, and shipping fees unless stated otherwise.
- We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods displayed at checkout.
- Payments are processed securely. We do not store full credit card details.
5. Shipping and Delivery
- We ship from warehouses in Yiwu City, China and New Jersey, USA.
- Standard shipping time is 2–14 business days from dispatch.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.
- Title and risk of loss pass to you upon dispatch.
- Customs duties, taxes, and import fees (if any) are your responsibility.
6. Returns and Refunds (30-Day Fit Guarantee)
- We offer a 30-day fit guarantee on all purchases.
- Items must be unworn, in original condition with tags attached, and returned in original packaging.
- Free exchanges are available; return shipping is at your expense unless the item is defective.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Sale items, personalized products, and beauty items may have stricter return conditions.
7. Intellectual Property
- All content on the Site (images, logos, text, designs) is owned by or licensed to THE SUPREMACYG and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
- You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
8. User Conduct and Reviews
- You agree not to upload harmful content, spam, or infringe third-party rights.
- Any reviews or photos you submit may be used by us for marketing (you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license).
9. Disclaimers

- We do not guarantee that Product descriptions, colors, or sizes will be 100% accurate due to variations in monitors and manufacturing.
- Your purchase makes a difference — we support ethical sourcing where possible, but we make no guarantees regarding third-party supply chains.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Nairobi, Kenya. For international customers, you consent to the jurisdiction of Kenyan courts.
